There’s a reason why almost everyone wants to add a piece of teak patio furniture to their garden or porch. But first, let’s understand what so great about teak. Teak is a tight-grained hardwood known to be extremely durable. In other words, teak does not actually float very well like other type of logs because of its lousy floating nature. However, when you use teak as a material for building outdoor furniture, they can last a lifetime (more then 70 years or so). You will of course need to take good care of it so that it will last that long.
