Founded in 1975, Dooney & Burke is a handbag specialist. It is also selling other accessories such as watches, jewelry, briefcases, shoes and some pieces of apparel. Though its items are midlevel, the brand also offers much more affordable selections. The products’ prices range from about $20 to a little over $600. While there are handbags that go over $300, there are also faux leather handbags that sell for less than $25. Still, the average consumer would want to have a try at the more luxurious selections but for lower prices. Of course, the luxurious products from Dooney and Burke are actually cheaper than those of high street brands but it prides itself in producing high quality items that seem to be worth more than their price. This makes consumers gravitate towards the original Dooney and Burkes. Fake Dooney and Burke products just do not have the same quality offered by the originals.
