Controlling your subconcious mind is not as hard as you might think. I don’t think you even have to believe your mind can use it’s mental power to bring you anything you want. Mind power is something you always have.

Ever since I was a kid and started reading about metaphysics and how and what you can use your mind for, it was always told as ‘If you don’t believe your mind can do this thing, then it can’t.’

Like the subconscious mind does, I tend to take things literally when I read them. I took it to mean if you didn’t believe your mind could do anything it couldn’t do anything. In other words if you didn’t believe your mind had the power to do it, you could never do it.

I have always been jealous of people with really good memories. My best friend has an amazing memory. I find it infuriating from time to time. He can remember practically everything I have said my whole life, and can remind me of some rather ridiculous statements but I have made over the years.
