There are numerous ways you can go about expressing yourself. We must have something that really says something about who we are and what we believe in. There are some things that you can do to make a statement about yourself that you can undo rather quickly, like wearing a lettered T-shirt, and then there are others that are going to remain with you for a lifetime, such as a tattoo.

If you don’t feel like you cannot do the design or find a friend to help with the tattoo design, just drop by your favorite tattoo parlor, they will more than likely be able to give you what you want. The artist may require a fee for drawing a custom tattoo design for you, so it would probably be best to get the cost straight right off the bat.
The best part about a custom tattoo is that you can get what you want to make the statement that you think fits who you are better than any other tattoo designs. Give serious thought to your design whether it is a custom design or one that is chosen from a gallery though. Beware of passing trends. You may really love something now, but what about in five or ten years? You love John or Debbie now, but is this going to be true forever?
Perhaps one of the best things you can do is make up, or have made up, a series of custom tattoos so that you can then look through them, take your time, and decide what you really want to have on your body forever.
