Having fun with Outdoor Trampolines

Posted by the author on June 30th, 2010

Trampolines come in every shape, size, and color imaginable. There are several different types of trampolines used for varied activities. The recreational trampoline is most likely the one known best to the general public. Recreational trampolines can be as small as 34″x34″ square for small children (ages 6 and under), all the way up to 16 feet in diameter for children and adults. Some manufacturers of trampolines for preschoolers contain the trampoline inside a colorful tent or castle, providing a safety enclosure of sorts and sparking the child’s imagination at the same time. Smaller recreational trampolines can be portable, whereas the larger ones are usually assembled and placed in a specific location. This type of trampoline is seen in backyards across the world, on school playgrounds and in gymnasiums.

Banana Flakes, Bimuno, Banatrol, Oh my!

My father has been using Banatrol Plus, a medical food, to address his flu diarrhea. This product is a soluble fiber, which thickens stool consistency. It’s really easy for him to take. He only has to take one package once a day for ten days, and is already starting to see results. Each dose contains 2.75 grams of Bimuno, a food source that prevents diarrhea. All he has to do is mix one package of the medical food into any food or drink he wants. It’s that easy, and it’s accessible and inexpensive, too. I’m really happy that he’s found a medical food that works so well for him.
