How to improve your memory
There are all kinds of different ways to improve your memory – so many that it is hard to remember all of them! Basically, they all break down into a few simple categories. You can improve memory through supplements, through mental exercises, and through self hypnosis. Many people start with supplements because they promise to improveÂ
memory with no work on your part. Unfortunately, they rarely deliver. I know that I was unable to improve my memory by taking these pills. All I did was waste money that I could have spent on memory improvement books.
1. Paying Attention – don’t let the things passing without your notice.
2. listen – be where you are not somewhere else
3. exercise immediately – more exercise & repeat the process the better.
4. Organized – you don’t have to remember everything, remember what you must all the other things just write
5. invest – if you make a ceremony with the act your memory of it will be much better.
6. Make Connections – link one event with another one object with another, our brain likes links
7. Plan – when you plan you put effort and more attention to the matter.
